Join the West Point Society of Baltimore for an engaging breakfast or an Army football watch party!
Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting COL Frank Pera, the 70th commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District. COL Pera shared fascinating insights into his team’s work in maintaining over 290 miles of federal navigable channels in the Susquehanna River watershed and their vital role in the Chesapeake Bay region.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is a key player in emergency response, community recovery, and natural resource management. They were among the first to respond to the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse and manage 17 reservoirs across Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Don’t miss out on our next gathering to connect and cheer on the Army team. We look forward to seeing you!
